Our resources are certified in information and cyber security along with possessing accreditations in both programme and project management. Typically, we work with the end client or via a delivery partner. Our services can be engaged directly via a statement of work or through a partner organisation.

Note – our resources are cost-effective. Hiring contractors is now more expensive in the UK than ever before due to the IR35 taxation rules. You can remove that additional cost by hiring us directly via a statement of work (SoW).

Our team have worked on major cyber and information security programmes over recent years.
The Programme Director role requires senior leadership of the programme including strategic development.
We have worked in this capacity on global security programmes.
Day rates:
From £1050.00 per day + VAT.
Our Programme Managers have over 20 plus years experience in IT and change delivery.
Most are qualified in both programme and project management methodologies (e.g. MSP, Agile etc).
The Programme Manager is responsible for the day to dat delivery of the programme, ensuring that its objectives and benefits are achieved in alignment with the organisations strategic goals.
Day Rates:
From £750.00 + VAT per day.
We have a pool of skilled and experienced Senior Project Managers (SPMs).
Most SPMs have worked in the IT industry for over 15 years and have significant experience in both cyber and information security project delivery.
The role of the SPM is to manage the delivery life-cycle of the project to achieve its objectives within the time, cost and quality constraints.
Day Rate:
From £650.00 + VAT per day.
Our Project Manager (PMs) pool of resources is based upon them having at least 5 years experience in managing IT projects, most of which have been in the cyber and information security space.
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full project delivery lifecycle, ensuring that objectives are achieved within defined time, cost and quality perimeters.
Day Rate:
From £550.00 + VAT per day.
We have Project Management Officers (PMO) who have at least 10 years experience in PMO and experience in providing PMO services for security related projects.
The role of PMO is to ensure that the project conforms with the delivery methodology and to provide supporting services including procurement, financial and resource management etc.
Day Rate:
From £495.00 + VAT per day.
We have access to a large pool of IT security specialists who facilitate a number of potential roles in cyber and information security projects.

- Technical Architects
- Security Architects
- Cyber Technicians
- Business Analysts
- Threat Hunters
- Pen Testers
- Ethical Hackers
The roles vary from project to project, most of the resources will have at least 3 years experience in similar roles.
Day Rates:
TBC based upon the role.
Statement of work (SoW)
Whatever the project, we will always be engaged on a statement of work with documented deliverables and a pricing structure that aligns with your budget and cost management objectives.
Having a SoW in place allows us to qualify for an exception to the IR35 rules, as they are defined by HMRC. We are independent suppliers of contracted professional services. As a result, we provide our own equipment and often work fully remotely.
