Recruiting specialist contract staff is difficult, it requires an in-depth knowledge of the job role and a thorough understanding of the skills and experience needed to be successful.

Our clients rely on us to find and select candidates that have the right skills and experience for their interim contractor vacancies.  We only recruit in our field of expertise, which is data protection and information / cyber security.  This is why we excel at sourcing high quality candidates and ensuring that we only put forward individuals that are appropriate for our clients to interview.

We take care of the initial triaging of CV’s, either sourcing them for our extensive database or going out to market using the most common recruitment sites. 

All candidates that we put forward have passed an initial interview with one of our consultants.  Their right to work in the UK will have been confirmed and reference checks completed.  Then and only then will we submit them for our clients to review and select for interview.

Our approach is to be thorough, we want to give our candidate the best possible chance of succeeding at interview.  That said, all interview candidates are well briefed and prepared for their interview in advance.

Our simple objective is to ensure that our clients get the right person for the role and the new contractor is set up to be successful.

Note – Contractors can be engaged within IR35 or outside of IR35 based upon their HMRC assessment.

Many of our consultants have been working in the data protection and information / cyber security sectors for many years.  We are experts in this area and use this knowledge to source the right candidates.

Most of our competitors source candidates for many sectors of information services and aren’t specialists in any of them.  This is ok to a point but it doesn’t enable them to have the real depth of knowledge needed to triage CV’s and only put forward high level candidates.
